Hello, I'm Tracie.
I will listen to you carefully, and create a safe environment of trust and confidentiality where you can relax and deal with the issues troubling you. I will offer you a space where you can express yourself, knowing that you will not be judged, but be accepted for who and all that you are. By allowing you the space and time to express and explore whatever is stopping you from living to your potential, I will help you find your own answers, bringing lasting change.

How do you choose a counsellor? It needn't be complicated - I am here to really hear you, whatever you want to explore in counselling. If you have something troubling you, we will look at it together, to help you gain understanding.

My personal life experiences and struggles have led me to be a warm, compassionate, sensitive and empathic listener for you. I genuinely respect you, and believe in your ability to make positive changes in your life. I offer a willingness to share your therapeutic journey with you, enabling you to reach the goals you have set out to achieve.
