Mates in Mind

My method is non-judgemental & non-directive. I don’t give you advice, instead I listen & provide a supportive environment where you can find your own answers. You are the expert on you, We work together to discover what thoughts/beliefs or behaviours may be holding you back and most importantly how to change them so that you feel happier and healthier.
As a therapist I believe individuals have a great capacity for self-healing & personal growth when provided with a nurturing environment in which they feel safe to explore, experience and expand their understanding. My role is to provide these conditions, warmth, respect, empathic understanding, compassion, authenticity and unconditional Positive regard.
