Vitality Counselling gives you an opportunity to work through emotional difficulties that are getting in the way of you leading a full and productive life.

There are times in all our lives when things get on top of us, and we could do with some help sorting them out. Counselling can help by giving you the time to discuss what is troubling you confidently. By talking things through, you can often better understand yourself and your difficulties. It is a way of taking more control of your life and changing the things you want.

I am specifically trained to listen and use my skills and experience to support and help find a way forward. As a counsellor, I do not judge or criticise, nor do I offer advice.

Counselling can help with a range of difficulties, for example, when you are feeling depressed, having relationship problems or have been bereaved. Counselling can help with most emotional problems which may concern you, making you unhappy in your day-to-day life or have done in the past.

I work with clients of all ages: children, young people and adults working on a one-to-one basis, couples, looked-after-children, carers and families.

Referrals are received and welcomed from Child Services. Doctors, Organisations, Schools and Self-Referrals.

I aim to empower individuals to make informed choices about their lives and well-being, working positively and creatively, supporting and respecting the individuality and uniqueness of all clients and organisations.
