Member Status: Accredited

I have been practising and studying holistic therapies for many years, which has lead me to becoming a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor. I have worked with different client groups and currently volunteer for Bower House and in past years Coping with Cancer, and Cruse.
There are many different types of counselling approach and this can be confusing for those seeking therapy. Person-Centred Counselling, means this journey is all about YOU, the client, your issues, your struggles, your goals and your journey. It is not my role to fix or cure, but to offer a confidential, calm, safe, judgement free space to support you in taking those first tentative steps towards what you would like to change and where you would like to be, exploring and working together.
