Hi, I'm Grace and i'm a qualified counsellor based in Nottingham.

I work in a person-centred and solution-focused approach (this means that I keep you at the centre rather than the issue at the centre). I currently work as a counsellor for a university but before this, I worked as a counsellor for looked after children up and down the country. Seeking help is an incredibly courageous thing to do and it is so important to find the right counsellor for you that helps promote your personal growth.
