My name is Carla Polhill and I have been working as an Integrative Counsellor since May 2017. I hold an advanced diploma in counselling accredited by the National Counselling Society and I work in accordance with the NCS Code of Ethics.

I have helped and supported children, young people and adults to overcome personal difficulties associated with a range of issues including anxiety, grief/bereavement, depression, trauma, work stress, caring, relationship difficulties and break ups, domestic violence and abuse.

As an Integrative Counsellor my approach is Humanistic in style and shares a variety of aspects from some specific modalities of counselling including Person-Centered, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy.

The work is absolutely led by your needs as the client and held in a therapeutic space supported by my offering of empathy, respect, acceptance and honesty. My intention is to be by your side, without judgement, as you journey through your process.
