Life can bring many challenges and some are more easy than others to manage. We all need a little help, support and insight, to understand what we are going through, find direction and strength, and choose the right path ahead.

My training is in integrative counselling. This means I can draw from a variety of models including Humanistic, Cognitive (including CBT), and Psychodyamic, to provide best practice to help your individual worries, needs, and difficulties and find that better path!

Sessions are approx 50 minutes on a weekly basis, and I offer both short and long term therapy. I can provide private, confidential therapy in very relaxed settings with free parking just outside either premises.
