I am a fully qualified, experienced National Counselling Society Senior Accredited Counsellor and Approved Counselling Supervisor.
I provide counselling to adults by telephone and online.
My counselling work is focused upon helping you to find your way to feeling and coping better, whatever the difficulties that are affecting the quality of your life. I work non-judgmentally with warmth, empathy and understanding and have a calm, gentle, caring approach.
People contact me when they are facing difficulties in their life and troubles from their past. Sometimes they don't really know what is troubling them, they just know that something is not quite right. Everyone is different, I work with each person's specific need.
I am a fully qualified and insured Counsellor experienced in adult counselling.
