People make the courageous decision to come to counselling for many reasons. Most people will face challenges at some point in their life, these may involve feelings of stress, anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts. Life events such as bereavement or relationship difficulties can cause a mixture of feelings that can become clearer by the process of counselling.
I offer a space to talk freely in a confidential and non judgemental environment. My approach is integrative which means I use three methods of therapy: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am happy to answer any questions about these approaches. I will work with you in a safe and ethical manner to promote your well-being.
