I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2011. I was a member of the BACP from 2008 until 2014 when I became an Accredited Counsellor with the National Counselling Society (NCS). I am also enlisted on the Professional Standards Authority Professional Register for Counsellors and Psycotherapist. I can offer you a safe, confidential, supportive, non-judgemental environment in which to explore solutions to work through difficult issues. I work as an integrative Counsellor which means I bring together different elements of specific therapies to meet clients needs i.e. Person Centred Therapy, CBT techniques alongside aspects of Psychodynamic and Solution Focused Therapy. I take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Unfortunately counselling is not a magic cure but it can assist and empower you to consider and implement necessary changes that will enrich your life.
