Sometimes it's difficult to know who or where to turn to in moments of need. Many of us often need to talk through our problems or worries but feel unable to for a number of reasons. Maybe the issue involves those closest to you? It may be embarrassing or difficult to talk about? Maybe you feel your problem would be a burden to others? You don't want sympathy or opinions but just a chance to talk freely and openly. What ever your need is, as a professional counsellor I can offer you a confidential space, free of judgement to explore your feelings, emotions, conflicts and the situation that you currently find yourself in.

Reaching out for help can be daunting, especially when you're not exactly sure what the issue is. You may be worried about what you're even asking for.

There may be an accumulation of things that have been building up over time? Maybe you're just not where you thought you would be at this point in your life? Does your past keep getting in the way of your future? Are you finding it difficult to get over a loss or relationship breakdown? Maybe there have been a few changes in your life recently that you are struggling to cope with? Or maybe you want to start making changes and need some clarity and focus?

You don't need to call or email stating which 'category' you fit into. All you need to do is take control and call. We will work through the rest together.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilising a number of approaches to suit your individual needs including:

Person Centered Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT)
Transactional Analysis

My sessions will provide professional support in a safe and supportive environment. Together we can help you find your own answers, solutions, coping strategies, clarification and the forward momentum to progress and reach your therapy goals.
