Key Worker Counselling

I'm a great believer in the process of change and self discovery. In a world that is full of perfection and high expectations, there isn't much space for finding your own voice and finding what it means to just feel good enough.
We spend a lot of time thinking about others and what they want and not enough time focusing on ourselves and what it that is we need.
This leaves space for feeling tired, anxious, overwhelmed and burnt out.

Therapy provides a space for you to hear your own voice and discover what it is that you want from life.
You can build resilience, confidence and establish healthier boundaries in a space without judgement.
Without judgement, you can find your authentic voice, and give your best self to you and your relationships.
As an integrative therapist, I am trained to work using an number of approaches according to what might work best for you. This might mean using a more direct or proactive approach, which can be helpful in facilitating any changes that you want to make.

I offer a free fifteen minute consultation to make sure we are the right fit, if I'm not the best person to help, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.

My private practice in based in St Albans where I work with both individual and couples. It is easily accessible from the M1 A1 and M25 with free parking available.

During COVID-19 I am working exclusively online so that we can all continue practicing social distancing with special rates available for key workers.

Online therapy is just as beneficial as in person therapy and provides a good solution to maintain your mental health during these uncertain times. It means you can be in the comfort of your own home and offers more flexibility.
