I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and I currently work with individuals face to face or online. Some of the areas I work with include relational problems, depression, anxiety, trauma and loss.
I am an integrative therapist which means I am able to use a number of perspectives according to what might work best for you. It can be difficult taking the first step toward change, but I am here to offer a safe non-judgemental environment to give you time and space to reflect on current and past experiences. If you are feeling heightened feelings of anxiety, difficulties in your relationships, or just feel that you are lacking direction, please get in touch to arrange a free fifteen minute telephone consultation.
My experience includes working with young people and adults within the charitable sector dealing with issues around domestic violence, childhood trauma, abuse, self harm, addictions, depression and anxiety.
In addition to private practice I am a counsellor at the UK's largest mental health organisation, Mind (Barnet). I am also a self employed counsellor at Hertfordshire Therapy Centre.
I am trained to Master's level in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton. I am also a fully registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am committed and passionate about empowering other's to live authentically, which is reflected in my work and continual professional development.
My private practice is based in Watford and St Albans, it is easily accessible by car with plenty of nearby parking and public transportation.
If you think I might be able to help then do please get in touch. Feel free to look at my website for further information.
