About Me
Hello, I am Kate and I work with individuals and couples in private practice and also for an NHS IAPT service. I offer both short and long term therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work in a caring manner that is sensitive to your needs to help you better understand and overcome difficulties you are facing. Counselling helps make sense of your thoughts and feelings, develop your self-awareness, help you work out what changes you may wish to make and consequently have more control in your life.
I work with teenagers and adults of all ages and my experience includes working with those suffering depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma, loss, grief, bereavement and many other issues.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework.
