My door is open, to help you explore, where ever you are at, on your life journey. I offer you a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic approach in a confidential setting. The practice room has a safe, calm and relaxing ambiance.

We all have our ups and downs in life, and often being given the space, to have someone listen to you, can make all the difference. You will have the space to think and come to your own conclusions. I work in an integrative way, working at your pace. We will work together to find the best options to support you.

I specialize in Domestic Abuse, having a wealth of experience in this arena. The impact of DA is overwhelming and has a vast impact on a person's life, including children's. Sometimes ones identity is wiped out and you do not know who you are anymore. May be you witnessed Domestic Abuse as a child, or you are a victim/survivor of Domestic Abuse yourself.
I have a great deal of experience in running programmed workshops around the dynamics of Domestic Abuse, as well as giving face to face support to my clients.
A goal for the future, is to offer, craft/art therapy workshops.

Also offering counselling in:

Stress and Anxiety
Grief and Loss
Bereavement
Depression
Betrayal
Low self-esteem
Low confidence
Relationship Issues
Family Issues
Domestic Abuse
Stress and Anxiety

I draw from my training and my experience, to help you along the road. I offer a free initial telephone consultation, to see if you are happy for us to work together and I feel I can offer you a counselling service. We can have a chat on the phone before hand if you prefer. There will be no obligation.
