I have an international reputation specialising in hodophobia and work as a consultant on British Airways’ ‘Flying with Confidence’ courses. I am a freelance writer and have written a number of articles, therapeutic books and CDs on psychological topics such as phobias, guided relaxation, problem eating and well-being.
I have a private practice and sit on a validating panel for a leading training organisation of counselling/psychotherapy supervisors.

I was a director of an international online therapy service.
I have had over 20 years as a Relate Couples Counsellor and Trainer and have worked as a clinical supervisor of a charity which supports sufferers of eating disorders and their carers.
