Mates in Mind

I am a National Counselling Society accredited counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I use an integrative approach to counselling and aim to help clients through a warm, friendly and non-judgemental approach.

I have experience working with people suffering from a wide range of difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem, Low self-confidence, Loss and bereavement, Poor health, Anger related issues and Workplace difficulties.

I have also had experience as a qualified nurse latterly in an intensive care setting giving me an understanding of how sickness, illness and bereavement affect people. I have also had a lot of experience of older people and the problems they go through.

I offer an initial consultation for £10 during which we can discuss your requirements after which there is no obligation to continue with therapy.

I also offer a reduced rate to Seniors, Students and People on low income, please ask if this applies to you
