I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and I practice voluntarily in Bristol for a charitable organisation called Knowle West Health Association. I work with a broad range of clients in this setting which offers free counselling sessions for as long as the individual needs. The KWHA organisation has a plot to plate allotment scheme, community kitchen and counselling service offering a broad range of wellbeing activities and services for individuals to access.

My background is within health, wellbeing and education which has offered me a deep rooted love of working with people. As a personal fitness trainer and educator I have been inspired by the wide range of individuals and groups that I have worked with to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations. Drawing on over twenty five years of experience I decided become a counsellor to continue to support individuals with their presenting needs.

During my two years at Knowle West Health Association and as a Bristol Buddy for MacMillan I have had the privilege working with many individuals.

I enjoy exercise, especially outside, reading, drawing and connecting with friends and family over food.
