I will encourage you to talk about what is troubling you and listen to what you have to say. The aim is to help you become clearer about both the extent and the effect of the problem, and maybe to help you recognise possible solutions – ones that will work for you.

I am qualified as an integrative counsellor. Central to my approach is building a warm, restorative relationship with each client and I draw on a range of counselling approaches to meet their individual needs. I am currently offering online session (via zoom) for those who would like to access counselling at this time. An initial session of approx 30 mins can be arranged to discuss your requirements and how I can support you. I am experienced at working with a range of presenting issues including, anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship difficulties.
