I'm an integrated person centred counsellor who believes in promoting mental health wellness and balance. My approach is compassionate, client-led, empathetic and I have the belief that we all have the ability to self heal given the right support. I have trained for four years in counselling and have experienced many life situations which i feel gives me an insight into your personal struggles. I have worked with but not limited to Addictions, trauma, ASD issues, sexual identity, depression, anxiety, abuse, bereavement, stress, insominia, ADHD, domestic abuse, eating disorders and single parenting. I have a good understanding of ASD problems from a personal and professional perspective and hope to impart some of that knowledge in helping others struggling for acceptance.
