Sometimes life can become challenging and this can leave us feeling overwhelmed and confused. As an integrative counsellor I have a wide range of therapeutic strategies to help you make positive changes by exploring your feelings. I have experience working with children, young people and adults. I have also had systemic training and can work with family members. I am trained in the Non-Violent resistance programme, working with parents with emotionally or physically abusive children. I am registered on the NCPS Children and Young persons register.
I offer supervison to trainee and qualified counsellors. We will explore your supervisory needs and mutually agree on a plan for Supervision.
