Mates in Mind

As a humanistic person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, through a positive and non-judgmental manner, my aim is to support you to understand your thoughts and emotions, and to help you rediscover or develop the ways or tools you need to be able to deal with the difficulties or challenges you face.

I believe that it is important to find the right therapist for you as this can make a substantial difference to the outcome of therapy. Therefore, when you first make contact we will schedule an appointment for a free initial 1-hour session.
