I offer a professional, discreet counselling service to clients who bring a wide range of issues. I have experience working with general life issues such as relationship difficulties, identity and low self confidence, health concerns and unhappiness. Together we would build a calm space where looking at worries, anxieties or life difficulties and will explore them sensitively. In addition to working with adults I have experience working in schools and colleges as a counsellor.

My background is varied and as a result I am able to bring a deeper understanding of how it feels to be struggling to cope with what life throws at us. I specialise in longer term work where trust can be built and a calm space can help us to explore deeper held beliefs, uncertainties and perhaps a known or sense of trauma which you may feel.

My room is a warm and comfortable space which is discreet. It can feel like a space away from the pace of life where you can explore your feelings. I understand that deciding to reach out for help can feel daunting and scary so I work hard to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. Experience has shown me the value of feeling listened to and really heard.
