Mates in Mind

My service includes Skype sessions internationally and face-to-face sessions in Dudley for those seeking help with developing psychological wellbeing. Skype alexproudfoot151_1

We all have the potential to disturb ourselves, and so it is important to learn the ways we can help ourselves get unstuck. My work is systematic and we can approach working with the difficulties you now face.

Know these difficulties will not last for all time, as we can change our outlook on life in order to move through. My own life experience was transformed and enriched when I came across this approach that has a philosophical basis. Through our work together and your tasks between sessions you can reconnect with what is important to you and find your direction.
