I currently practice at NAOS CIC in Bristol and have a successful private practice in Backwell, North Somerset , where I see adults and young people for therapy and offer clinical supervision. I've worked with children and young people for over 20 years as both an educator and a therapist.

I work in a relational attachment based and humanistic way using creativity, body awareness and emotional regulation techniques to support you in gaining skills which you can also use beyond the therapy room. I have been trauma trained and work to increase personal stability so that you can explore whatever you wish to work on.

I am a qualified supervisor and aim to provide a safe co-created space where a supervisee can “divest, explore, learn and restore” (Rogers, 1951). The concept of developing self-awareness and exploring internal process is paramount to the way I prefer to work .

Whilst I hold person centred values at the core of my supervision practice and stay congruent with the philosophy, I am able to draw on aspects of other models to support supervision. I value a collaborative approach to supervision that offers safe and constructive challenge and opportunities to explore both the work, and the therapist within that work.
