I am a qualified, independent counsellor based in Maidstone and a member of NCS (National Counselling Society). I can help with everyday mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem and stress. I currently work via telephone and Skype to provide a counselling service, with a focus on person-centred and humanistic approaches to therapy. As we are all individuals, I can adapt my approach to suit you and your needs.
