I am a professionally qualified counsellor, based in Belfast, offering a confidential, non-judgemental counselling service for young people and adults.
The aim of my practice, which is based in a private, confidential setting is to help clients find resources to cope with issues and to identify, understand and resolve any underlying causes.
I offer you space and time to explore issues/problems and help you find new ways to live your life more effectively.
In addition to having experience working with anxiety, low-mood; bereavement; and loss; I have experience in working with people who have suffered trauma; those with suicidal thoughts; and those who self-harm.
My experience has been gained through working, not only in private practice, but also in working in the public sector (Belfast Trust) and voluntary sector (community counselling service).
Also, having had a successful 30-year career in the Finance profession, I am positioned to understand and provide counselling for the stresses and psychological impacts of a busy career.
