I am an experienced and qualified counsellor who has worked in the USA and in the UK. I have extensive training with women, adolescents, and young adults. Whilst I find it very rewarding supporting all age groups and diverse cultures. I have specialised in working with woman.

Before becoming a counsellor I had various jobs working in the public sector. During this time I encountered a lot of the people who were, stressed, anxious, or under immense pressure in some areas of their lives. They struggled on, keeping their problems and concerns to themselves. They found it difficult to ask for help. However, it became apparent when they were able to reach out and talk about their issues with a professional counsellor, it had a positive effect, on their emotional, mental and physical well -being. This led me to pursue a rewarding career in counselling.
