I am a qualified NCS (Accredited) and MBACP (Registered) Integrative Counsellor and practicing since 2005. It is important to me, to listen to your journey and help you recover from what is happening to you now during troubled times. I offer a safe and confidential place to talk through your experiences, with time and space to help you reflect, deal with life's challenges, build confidence and help to identify the source of problems. I help you to grow in self-awareness to understand yourself and others better. It is utmost important to me, to understand you and develop a relationship where it allows you to open your feelings without fear or worry. At times past experiences come in the way in making life choices and relationships around us affecting our lives. We often, without realising, judge ourselves and get trapped into confused and unwanted feelings, behaviour or at times around our own relationships. I am here to listen and understand you thereby experiencing therapeutic relief will guide you taking decisions and take control of your life with more clarity. You will be encouraged to set new goals and look forward to a more positive outcome.
