I offer a safe, non judgemental and confidential environment in which to explore your emotions and use a range of techniques to help recognise and release painful feelings. Working at your own pace, and with warmth and compassion, I aim to help you come to a wholeness of mind body and spirit.

    I also worked for a year in Atlanta GA, working for an inner city children's bereavement charity supporting both adults and children in groups and one to one.
