Welcome, getting to this page is often a long journey, but you have made it! I will meet you where you are. No judgement, shaming or critique. I will hold you in a supportive and understanding place.

I support men & women who have experienced abuse, domestic violence or childhood trauma.

Many of us are feeling panicked, exhausted and burned out after the pandemic, it has opened old wounds buried until now.

You don't need to manage alone. Turning towards help shows courage and determination.

Working together, I will sit alongside to support you in working through it.

You may feel frustrated, anxious and angry even. Dealing with those feelings while maintaining a family, job and ‘a busy life’ can feel like hard work.

I help & support you to feel free from the past trauma, to build a confidence in yourself and to handle and enjoy the present. To enjoy relationships in a safe, balanced and healthy way.

Let's start this work, privately in a space dedicated to you. We find out what you need and how you can get it. I use my sense of intuition and experience to help you understand your feelings and thoughts.

By understanding how our hurt, pain and experiences trigger us we can find new pathways to cope, manage and place the past in the past. You can grow your confidence in your ability to know your worth, understand your values and capabilities.

In short, feel better, do better, connect better.
