I am a counsellor and supervisor working mainly with 2 special approaches – Viktor E. Frankl’s Logotherapy and the Systemic Constellation approach.

My first task as a counsellor is to create a safe space for my clients where they are able to open up. Trust and honesty are essential for the counselling process.

Whatever happened in my client’s life, whatever they did or failed to do, whatever others did or failed to do to them – I am not the one to judge. There is a reason for everything, a root, a bigger picture and only exploring and understanding this bigger picture brings the change in the counselling process.

I believe that we are all human beings with the need to love and be loved and accepted and with the desire to lead a meaningful life which can be totally different for me and for you. And that this is possible for each one of us, when we acknowledge our roots and reconcile with what is and has been.
