Key Worker Counselling

My name's Stephanie, I'm a qualified, insured psychotherapist and nutritionist. My background spanning various disciplines means that I can offer an unique approach to overall health and wellbeing.

My familiarity with the scientific approach means I'm up to date with new research, keeping my therapy current.

​I initially trained in acting and contemporary theatre, which has been a great aid in developing creative approaches to therapy and workshops.

I'm passionate about overall health, you'll be surprised how physical and mental health are one and the same. So although I focus on CBT/Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy it's always good to talk about total health.

I love CBT/REBTbecause it's based on a wonderfully simple model, yet it can be applied to the most complex of problems. REBT can liberate and empower the individual giving them control over their emotions and a healthier approach to life.
