I am a person/child centred counsellor working with children, young people and adults both online and in person. I offer my services via online private practice and within educational settings.
I hold the belief that as individuals we are our own experts. We respond to the best of our abilities within our given situation, and that within us is an inherent drive to positively grow.
I work creatively indoors, outdoors and online.

I practice in primary, secondary and special provision schools, across all ages and many neurological diversities.
Online counselling can be a readily accessible and positive experience for many young people and adults, allowing therapy to take place from a space of your choice.
