Christine is a CBT Master Practitioner (British Psychological Society Approved) and Advanced Diploma CBT / REBT (Distinction) in Integrative techniques including hypnotherapy which can hasten, deepen and strengthen change. She is also a psychology graduate (BSc, First class honours degree) and member of the British Psychological Society.

She started her career in retail, blue chip plc's, operating at Director level, leading large, remote, multi-site teams. Subsequently working within Harvey Nash, executive search, appointing board directors, change consultants and performance coaching for executives in career transition and life change.
