I use an integrative approach to enable my clients to regain control of their lives, and to revive their sense of self enabling them to get back on track with living. My counselling practice is open-minded and I am listening to my client’s wishes.

My warm and genuine personality, combined with creativity, and an ability to infuse different approaches means I can tailor therapy to the uniqueness of a person.

The way I work and the approach I use is base on my client’s actual mood and needs.

I value and appreciate the energy and humanness of each individual, so when combined with an understanding of how change happens within the realms of ourselves, and within the therapy-relationship, results in a welcome, comfortable and nurturing environment within a quiet and private studio.

I have experience working with clients from a range of ages, sexualities, backgrounds and cultures and have been moved and privileged to be part of each of their journeys, through the tears, the laughter, the setbacks and the (often life-changing) personal growth.

I am a humanistic counsellor. My education in psychology involves integrative therapy, which gives me a broader overview and allows me to be flexible and more helpful to my clients. This means I can be diverse and tailor your therapy to suit you.

The approaches I use are Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis.

Thinking about booking a session?

If a client is unsure, I can offer 15 minutes initial consultation over the phone, is free of charge. During the initial session, I will assess the nature of the client’s difficulties, evaluate the possibility of achieving success via therapy, evaluate her own ability and skills to deal with your presenting issue, and answer any questions.

If you are still unsure?? You can also check out my website at https://kvtherapy.blog for further information. It's time to get your life back.

Please note, I do not work with couples and children.
