I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I have many years of experience working in the field of mental health and emotional well-being. As an integrative psychotherapist, my approach is to individually assess the clients’ specific needs and provide them support using appropriate techniques. These techniques include counselling, CBT, hypnotherapy or mindfulness. I passionately believe that this is an effective and sustainable way forward in dealing with many psychological disturbances.
