I am a qualified experienced Integrative Counsellor offering you a warm, friendly service, supporting each person's individual needs working with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship, anger, self-harm, self-esteem and work related issues.

I can offer you an empathic, non-judgemental service in a safe environment where we can work together allowing you to talk and express yourself freely through a variety of tools and theoretical models.

The approaches I use are: Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I am also a Registered MBACP.
