Mates in Mind

I am a Psychotherapist, working from my private consulting rooms in Worthing, West Sussex, as well as in Haywards Heath, Mid Sussex and Central London. I additionally am a Certified EMDR Therapist and qualified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.

I am fully insured for all therapies offered.

I have over 26 years of experience in working with people who have developed mental health difficulties, as well as with students requiring additional support, and, more recently, trainee counsellors. I specialise in working with those who have experienced trauma.

I work with clients within both short and long term needs, and provide face to face, online (zoom and other video based contact) and email / IM counselling.

I have experience in facilitating groups in areas such as anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I also have additional Systemic training which enables me to work with couples / groups therapeutically.

As a fully qualified Mindfulness Instructor I have run many groups over the last 7 years, as well as individual sessions. Mindfulness techniques can also be used within other approaches and can be particularly helpful when managing and reducing anxiety.
