Mandy is an Accredited Mental Health Practitioner and a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS).
Prior to this, she gained her BSc (Hons) Social Studies Degree in 2011 and received a 1st in her dissertation on the topic of Eradicating the Stigma of Mental Illness. She continues this work by designing and managing a number of websites because her belief is Mental illness is not something to hide from and it is okay to reach out for help.
Mandy worked at the SOS Domestic Abuse Centre for a number of years supporting those who experienced all types of abuse, both historically or at present. She also volunteered at MIND and joined Private Practice.
Mandy has a calm and approachable manner with ways to help even those who may find it hard to share their difficulties.
