If you are struggling with life, feeling stuck or finding it hard to cope then I may be able to help. I know that it can be hard to reach out if you are feeling overwhelmed but taking the first step will mean you get the support that you need. I offer a free phone call for an initial chat, to help you decide whether you want to book a session.

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults and young people (18), which is an effective therapy for many problems including anxiety and depression. Therapy with me is a chance to explore what is causing you distress and what is keeping it going. It will also enable you to learn how to cope better, so that you can feel happier and more in control. Everyone comes to therapy with different experiences and needs and for this reason I adapt my approach to suit the individual needs of my clients. I do this through drawing on my Counselling skills and training in Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

As an experienced therapist, my main aim is to ensure my clients feel safe and comfortable enough to explore their difficulties and to reach the goals that are most important to them. I work within an ethical and professional code of conduct. My sessions are confidential and free of judgement. I am fully insured, regularly supervised and undertake ongoing training to keep my therapy skills up to date.

    BSc in Early Childhood Studies (University of Bristol)
    PhD in Heath Psychology (University of West England)
