I can offer you a safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk about any issues that are worrying you. Working in an integrative way means that I use different approaches to best suit the individual client. I work with both adults and young people with a wide range of issues.

I have a warm, relaxed style and I am committed to ensuring the best outcomes for you. I have extensive experience of supporting young people and feel privileged to be able to offer one-to-one counselling to young people who are experiencing difficulties.

I work with adults who have a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. My specialist training and experience in bereavement counselling means that I am also able to support adults and young people who are experiencing loss or bereavement, including traumatic loss such as losing a loved one in an accident or to suicide.

Please contact me to discuss your needs or to arrange a free 30 minute initial meeting.
