“Welcome”………… I understand how it feels to be at a crossroads, to feel helpless, hopeless and unheard. I have myself experienced these feelings and had depression, anxiety, loss, relationship endings, post-natal depression and feelings of despair. For these reasons, and not just for the qualifications I hold as a Counsellor, I believe that I can help you. Together we can explore the feelings and concerns that are blocking your ability to move forward. This will help you to understand your present and your past, enabling you to lead a more fulfilled and positive life. I studied to become a Counsellor because I wanted to be that “someone” for others, who I, unfortunately never found to listen to me when I needed it most. I have gained so much from being with my clients. It has been an absolute privilege listening to their unique experiences whilst being part of their journey towards positive change.
