I studied at the university of Nottingham, where I gained my degree in Humanistic Counselling Practice. I have worked for over 15 years in homelessness, mental health, bereavement, domestic abuse and also children. I work privately from my home in Nottingham.
My approach is empathic, person-centred and non-directive, encouraging the client to make their own decisions, and find their own answers, using their own autonomy.
