Life is very good at throwing us challenges of many kinds, which can have an impact on our emotional well being. This may be a challenge relating to an event that is ongoing, something that happened recently or something that happened in the past that is having an impact on the way you are feeling. I will offer you a safe, non judgemental and confidential space for you to explore what is happening and help you find the way forward that feels right for you. I offer a free 30 minute session so that prospective clients can meet me, ask any questions you may have about Counselling and see if you feel we can work together. If you would like to access one of these introductory sessions please get in touch.
