For example, some of the models I can work with are Psycho-dynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Person Centred. I can provide you with a safe, confidential and comfortable environment to talk. I will listen to you, talk though problems and concerns with you, explore links from the past which may be having an effect on the here and now and look for positive solutions helping to empower you for the future.
