Key Worker Counselling

I am an accomplished, mental health professional, teacher and therapist who works collaboratively to promote mental health and wellbeing for individuals, organisations and communities. As an experienced educator, I offer Mentorship, Coaching and self-development. I am a qualified trainer and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. As a counsellor, I support people in dealing with personal and relational difficulties, reviewing life plans, adopting fresh, diverse perspectives and exploring new journeys. I am a volunteer counsellor with Woman’s Trust, a specialist mental health charity, providing free counselling and therapy for women who have experienced domestic abuse. I work with adults and young people who experience, anxiety, relationship issues, stress-related issues, work related issues, trauma and self-harm, addiction and depression and can offer a range of therapeutic counselling approaches.
