Hi and welcome to my profile. I am a highly experienced therapist using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative Counselling and Art Therapy to work with both Adults and Children. I have counselling rooms both in St Albans and Central London which offer a private and confidential space for you to work through challenges. My approach is very much centred on problem solving and getting to the core of the issues and using this interactive and individually tailored approach allows for rapid and positive changes. I have many years experience working with clients in variety of settings including schools, foster and care homes, offices and in my private practice.
