I have been a therapist, coach, writer, speaker and trainer for over 20 years setting clients of all ages free from all sorts of emotional, behavioural, psychological and relationship issues and enabling them to have:

unshakeable self-confidence, self-esteem and motivation
healthy caring relationships
reduced stress
physical and psychological health
increased well-being and success

I offer a free 20 minute call, with no obligation, to anyone who is considering working with me, so do drop me a message or give me a call and we can arrange a chat where you can tell me about yourself, what you are looking for and ask me any questions.

I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist, which came about because having worked with peoples consious minds, their behaviours, thoughts and feelings, I wanted to be able to go deeper and really free people from the unconscious blocks or self-limiting beliefs that hold us back. It’s a bit like an elastic band stretching between your fingers, traditional coaching and counselling can stretch you and help you get closer to where you want to be, but for us all, there is something holding us back that keeps us stuck.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines the techniques and principles of hypnosis, CBT, psychotherapy, psychology, healing and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), it reaches the root cause of issues quickly by uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events in your life, drawing out ‘unfinished business’ and eliminating subconscious blocks and unhelpful beliefs formed during childhood or as a result of negative experiences.

Issues I can help with for adults, couples, children and teenagers include: Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships and Divorce, Sleep Issues, Fears and Phobias, Panic Attacks, OCD, Pain and Physical Illness, Loss and Bereavement, Low self-esteem or low self-image, eating habits and weight loss, fear of exams, interviews and public speaking.

I began my career as a Physiotherapist within the NHS and then I became motivated to understand people’s minds even more than their bodies, so I qualified as a psychological therapist and counsellor specialising in mental health, resilience and relationships.

In my personal life I am a military wife so I have lived, travelled and worked all over the world, including providing therapy and counselling within the British Army.

I later qualified as a Strengths Psychology coach because my overarching aim has always been to focus on the qualities and strengths a person has; what you want and what energises you, rather than on whatever you feel you might lack.

My mother was a counsellor throughout my childhood so I benefitted from hours of conversations around the kitchen table about how best to help people understand and overcome painful events or difficult circumstances and achieve the future they want and deserve.

I work via zoom and video calls with clients all over the world.

My face-to-face practice is located near Chester in the UK from which I hold sessions for individuals and couples and plan my speeches and workshops for schools, workplaces and groups. I hold a current DBS certificate, am fully insured and independently supervised.
