People come for counselling for many different reasons, sometimes there may be a specific issue you would like to address or you might be unhappy in your relationships and would like to explore your feelings and what is happening in your life. We will work together to explore the situations you may be finding difficult and help you to identify areas for change and development that you decide will be right for you.

I have helped people to address issues including depression, panic and anxiety, low mood and low self esteem and OCD. I also have experience working with people who have been affected by domestic and childhood abuse and rape.

Transactional Analysis is a theory of personality that can be used for personal growth and development where it is accepted that everyone is ok, everyone can think and everyone can change.
