At Journey Together Counselling and Psychotherapy I offer counselling and psychotherapy to clients who would like to explore current concerns in their lives and develop ways of making positive changes. Therapy provides a confidential and focussed space for you to share painful and difficult experiences that could be impacting on your life today. We can look at ways to move forward by gaining personal insight and easing emotional pain, finding an inner calm, peace, and self-healing. Our therapy sessions at Journey Together Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to resolve issues with more clarity to explore your fears, hopes and relationships. We can embark on this journey together with the motivation of helping you to feel emotionally stronger, confident and be able to now thrive in your own unique way.
